ORION CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 January 2013 AT 9.20 AM EET In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion Corporation, 31,900 A-shares have been converted into 31,900 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 16 January 2013. The total number of shares in Orion Corporation is 141,257,828 which, after the conversion, consists of 43,235,318 A-shares and 98,022,510 B-shares.
