ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject: The Board of Directors of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited has examined and approved the Unaudited Financial Statement of the Six Months period ended June 30, 2024

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the "Company"), at its meeting held today, September 25, 2024, has examined and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Six Months period ended June 30, 2024 (the "Report") of the Company in accordance with the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Laws and Regulations, as well as the Transparency Requirements (Securities admitted to trading on a regulated market) Laws 2007 as amended.

Attached is the full text of the Report, which was prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standard 34.

The Report will not be sent to shareholders. The Profit and loss account with a brief report will be published in the daily newspaper "Αλήθεια", on Saturday September 28, 2024 and the entire text of the Report will be published in electronic form on the Company's website, www.ellinasfinance.com, from where the documents can be printed out. Additionally, the Company has sufficient number of copies at the registered office, without any charge, at Ellinas House, Theotoki 6 str., Agios Antonios, Nicosia.
