SIX-MONTHLY COUPON "GPI S.P.A. 4.3% 2016-2023" (ISIN: IT0005187320)

Trento, 23 December 2021

GPI (GPI:IM), a company listed on the MTA market and leader in Information Systems and Services for Health and Social Care, in relation to the bond "GPI SPA - 4.3% 2016-2023" (ISIN: IT0005187320) issued for Euro 15,000,000.00, listed on the Professional Segment (ExtraMOT PRO) of the ExtraMOT Market managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that on 31 December 2021:

• the six-monthly coupon will be put up for payment. The total amount that will be disbursed upon maturity of the coupon will be Euro 161,250. The amount of the coupon is equal to Euro 10.75 for each of the 15,000 outstanding bonds, and the rate applied will be 4.3% (periodic rate over the sixmonth period of 2.15%). The start and end dates of the coupon period are set as follows: 30/06/2021 - 31/12/2021 (unadjusted convention).
