Milan December 24th , 2021 – Saras S.p.A. (the "Company") received notification today of the conclusion of the investigations by the Public Prosecutor of Cagliari relating to a proceeding concerning alleged irregularities in the purchase of crude oil from Iraq in 2016.

In reiterating the full extraneousness of the Company and the managers involved in any illegal conduct, Saras trusts on in the work of judicial authorities to quickly shed full light on the matter.
