RECORDATI: UPDATE ON THE EXECUTION OF THE SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAM

Milan, 12 th January 2022 – Within the Recordati's share buy-back program communicated to the market on 29th October 2021 and initiated on 1st November 2021, as per authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 20th April 2021, with the object of the servicing of current and future stock option plans in favour of Recordati Group's management, the Company communicates the following purchase transactions of Recordati shares pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 3, of the EU Delegated Regulation 2016/1052/UE, on the basis of the information provided by J.P. Morgan AG as intermediary in charge of executing, in full independency ('riskless principal'), the share buy-back program on behalf of the Company.

On 7 th January 2022, the Company held no. 3,216,719 treasury shares which amount to 1.537% of the current share capital.
