COMUNICATO STAMPA A2A: INFORMATIVA SULL'ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE

Milano, 28 gennaio 2022 - A2A, codice LEI 81560076E3944316DB24, in riferimento a quanto comunicato lo scorso 25 giugno 2021 in merito alla conclusione del programma di acquisto azioni proprie autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 29 aprile 2021 e avviato il 13 maggio 2021, comunica di avere acquistato in data odierna sul mercato telematico azionario tramite l'intermediario incaricato, a compendio di tale programma, una tranche unica residua di n. 11.869 azioni proprie al prezzo medio unitario di € 1,705, per un controvalore complessivo di € 20.236,65.

A seguito di tale operazione le azioni complessivamente acquistate da A2A nell'ambito del programma risultano pari a n. 62.445.343.

A2A: REPORT ON TREASURY SHARES PURCHASE

Milan, January 28th 2022 - A2A, LEI 81560076E3944316DB24, with regard to the announcement on 25 June 2021 concerning the conclusion of the share buy-back program authorized by the Shareholders' meeting of 29 April 2021 and started on 13 may 2021, announces that it has purchased today on the Italian Stock Exchange through the intermediary appointed, as a rounding of such program, a single residual tranche of n. 11,869 of its own shares at an average price per share equal to € 1.705, for an aggregate amount of € 20,236.65.

Following this purchase transaction, the total shares purchased by A2A under this program are equal to n. 62,445,343.
