AB Klaipėdos Nafta has received final tender offers from the suppliers for natural gas pipeline system engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works

Correction of the third paragraph On 6 March 2012 AB Klaipėdos Nafta has received 2 final tender offers in the international tender “Procurement of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works for natural gas pipeline system”. Following evaluation of final tender offers under criterion of most economically advantageous tender, the winner shall be announced and invited to conclude a public procurement contract with AB Klaipėdos Nafta, which shall be signed after laps of mandatory standstill period of 15 days. The envisaged contract between AB Klaipėdos Nafta and the selected supplier for procurement of the natural gas pipeline system engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works will enter into full force upon approval of the conclusion of the contract by the Board and the General Meeting of shareholders of AB Klaipėdos Nafta.
