Publication of the updated Articles of Association and the related Board minutes

It should be noted that today, following the resolution of the Board of Directors held on January 27, 2022, the Company has published the updated Articles of Association in order to adapt to the regulatory changes resulting from the Law of December 27, 2019, n. 160 ("Budget Law 2020") on gender balance.

The updated Articles of Association and the related minutes of the Board of Directors of January 27, 2022 are available to shareholders and the public at the registered office, on the Company's website, at www.delonghigroup.com (section "Governance" -"Corporate documents"), as well as, in the version with the approved changes highlighted, on the authorized storage mechanism which can be consulted at .

The documentation has also been registered with the competent Register of Companies.
