Milano, 09 Febbraio 2022 – Su richiesta delle Autorità, con riferimento alle dichiarazioni riportate da alcune agenzie di stampa circa l'interessamento di A2A a portafogli rinnovabili, A2A precisa che è interessata solo a investimenti con quote di maggioranza che consentano il consolidamento dell'EBITDA. In questo momento, in particolare, non c'è alcun dossier aperto su portafogli rinnovabili e nello specifico su Alerion.

Milan, 09 February 2022 – At the Authorities request, referring to the statements reported by some press agencies about A2A's interest in renewable portfolios, A2A specifies that it is only interested in investments with majority stakes that allow the consolidation of EBITDA. In this moment, in particular, there is no dossier open on renewable portfolios and specifically on Alerion.
