Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

On 20 March 2013 the Chairman of the Board of Klaipėdos nafta, AB informed that he resigns office

On 20 March 2013 the Chairman of the Board of Klaipėdos nafta, AB (hereinafter - the Company), Mr. Arvydas Darulis, informed the Supervisory Council, other Board members and the Company that he retreats from office and submitted his resignation papers to the Company. Based on Article 33.10 of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, the member of the Board of the Company may resign from office before term only upon prior written notice to the Company, which must be produced no later than 14 days in advance. Accordingly, the mandate of the Chairman of the Board expires on 4 April 2013. Arvydas Darulis was elected to the Board of Klaipedos nafta, AB, on 19 February 2010, and acted as Chairman of the Board of the Company since 24 October 2011.
