TIM: CLARIFICATION ON PRESS RUMORS

Rome, 20 February 2022

With reference to today's press article regarding its industrial plan, TIM expresses its annoyance and concern on such reconstructions, which are to be considered unfounded and harmful to the Group. TIM will file a complaint with the Prosecutor's office and with Consob for its jurisdiction.

TIM also points out that the plan is in progress and that it will be discussed within the Boards of Directors; quantitative targets have not been discussed nor any decision has been taken on this regards.
