TERMINATION OF THE SHARE INCENTIVE PLAN FOR OLD MANAGEMENT OF SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORPORATION

TERMINATION OF THE SHARE INCENTIVE PLAN FOR OLD MANAGEMENT OF SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORPORATION SSH Communications Security Corporation has agreed with its old management team members, that SSH Management Investment Ltd., which was established for the share incentive plan of old management team, as announced in stock exchange release of 21.10.2009, will be liquidated during year 2013. SSH Management Investment Ltd. is fully owned by old management team members and it owns 1,433,750 shares of SSH Communications Security Corporation. With the purpose of terminating the share incentive plan SSH Management Investment Ltd. will sell shares of SSH Communications Security Corporation held by it, in order to pay back its loan with interests to SSH Communications Security Corporation. After the repayment of the loan and interests, SSH Management Investment Ltd. will be liquidated according to the Finnish Companies Act.
