Helsinki, Finland, 2013-04-05 08:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dovre Group Plc Stock exchange bulletin April 5, 2013 at 9:30 am DOVRE GROUP PLC'S SHARE SUBSCRIPTION PRICE WITH STOCK OPTIONS 2013A AND MARKET VALUE OF THE OPTION SERIES The share subscription price for Dovre Group Plc stock option 2013A is EUR 0.54 per share (the trade volume weighted average rating on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. during February 1 - March 31, 2013). A total of 1,000,000 new shares or existing shares held by the company can be subscribed for with stock options 2013A. The share subscription period for stock options 2013A will be March 1, 2015 - February 29, 2018. The theoretical market value of a stock option 2013A is EUR 0.17 per stock option. The theoretical market value of the stock option series is thus approximately EUR 170 thousand. The theoretical market value of one stock option has been calculated by using the Black & Scholes stock option pricing model with the following input factors: share price EUR 0.57, share subscription price EUR 0.54, risk free interest rate 0.6%, validity of stock options 5.1 years, and volatility 29.9%.
