Basware expands Transactions Services agreement with major German automotive company in several countries in APAC and South Africa

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, April 11, 2013 at 14:30 Basware expands Transactions Services agreement with major German automotive company in several countries in APAC and South Africa Basware has expanded the agreement to provide its Transactions Services to one of the world's largest automotive companies in Australia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, and Vietnam. The services to be delivered include Basware Scan & Capture, Basware's supplier portal, and activation services. The value of the deal exceeds EUR 500,000 over the next three years. The implementation project will first be completed in Australia, followed by other countries during 2013 and 2014."With the acquisition of First Businesspost GmbH in 2012, we gained deeper knowledge and experience in the automotive sector and became the leading e- Invoice operator in Germany, one of our key markets. The expanded agreement shows how a former First Businesspost customer is able to benefit from Basware's global presence as they are expanding the agreement to a global level. The customer handles approximately 350,000 invoices in its APAC operations.
