A notification from Vilnius Commercial Arbitration Court (hereinafter - the Court) regarding the 12 April 2013 claim of UAB Kauno Termofikacijos Elektrinė to defendant AB Kauno Energija on adjudgement of LTL 1,193,978.52 debt (with VAT) for heat energy, supplied in December 2012 and in January 2013, a fine in amount of LTL 145,713.63 and a process interest and expenses (total sum of the claim is LTL 1,339,692.15) in favour of claimant was received by AB Kauno Energija.
