Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, April 25, 2013 at 10:30 Basware signs significant e-invoicing services and invoice automation agreement, powered by Alusta, with a leading media and entertainment company in the U.S. Basware has signed a significant agreement for the delivery of e-invoicing services and invoice automation to one of the world's largest media and entertainment companies. The e-invoicing services and invoice automation are powered by Alusta, Basware's unified cloud-based platform for purchase-to-pay. The value of the agreement is approximately EUR 2.1 million over the next four years."Basware's e-invoicing services will enable the customer to receive all their invoices electronically via the Basware Commerce Network from their suppliers. The customer currently receives and processes approximately 750,000 invoices annually. Besides significant improvements in the customer's entire purchase-to- pay process and standardization in invoicing through a global platform, the customer will also gain vastly improved vendor relationships through online collaboration, and improved quality and accelerated processing of invoices.
