Rome, 15 March 2022 – With reference to the criminal trial on the collapse of a section of the Polcevera Viaduct in Genoa and the alleged offenses pursuant to the Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Company filed with the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Genoa the request for the admission to the alternative settlement procedure. Such request has today received consent by the Public Prosecutors.
The 14 August 2018 tragedy will never be forgotten by Autostrade per l'Italia, as well as its incalculable burden of pain and suffering that has also deeply touched the Company and all its employees.
