DEADLINES EXTENSION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF TESI ELETTRONICA E SISTEMI INFORMATIVI S.P.A.

Trento, 16 March 2022

GPI S.p.A. announces that, with reference to the press releases issued on January 4, 2022 and February 28, 2022, relating to the letter of intent for the acquisition of 75% of the share capital of TESI ELETTRONICA E SISTEMI INFORMATIVI S.p.A. by GPI S.p.A., with Put & Call options on the remaining 25%, the new agreed upon date of the signing is now set to March31, 2022. The closing date, which was initially set to April 30, 2022, may therefore be extended by the time needed to execute the whole transaction.
