A2A annuncia l'interruzione delle trattative con Ardian sulla creazione della partnership relativa alla generazione e fornitura di energia

Milano – 17 marzo 2022 – Si fa riferimento alla comunicazione dell'8 giugno 2021 con cui è stata annunciata la sottoscrizione da parte di A2A e di Ardian di un termsheet non vincolante relativo alla creazione di una partnership nei settori della generazione e fornitura di energia in Italia.Il termsheet prevedeva che le parti negoziassero i termini della partnership e dei relativi accordi sino a fine 2021, termine poi prorogato al 31 marzo 2022. A2A comunica che, nonostante gli sforzi profusi, le trattative con Ardian sono state interrotte anche a causa dell'acuirsi delle tensioni internazionali e delle rilevanti conseguenze sulla volatilità dei mercati energetici in Europa.

A2A announces the interruption of negotiations for the creation of a partnership in the energy generation and supply

Milan – 17 March 2022 – We make reference to the communication of 8 June 2021 announcing the signing by A2A and Ardian of a non-binding termsheet for the creation of a partnership in the energy generation and supply sectors in Italy. The termsheet provided for the parties to negotiate the terms of the partnership and related agreements until the end of 2021, then extended to 31 March 2022. Despite the efforts made, A2A announces the interruption of their negotiations also due to the heightened international tensions and the relevant consequences on the volatility of energy markets in Europe.
