Basware expands cooperation with ISS Palvelut Oy to cover the entire Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process in Finland, Sweden, and Norway

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, May 2, 2013, at 11:45 Basware expands cooperation with ISS Palvelut Oy to cover the entire Purchase- to-Pay (P2P) process in Finland, Sweden, and Norway Basware has signed an extensive agreement to deliver an end-to-end Purchase-to- Pay (P2P) solution to ISS Palvelut Oy across its operations in Finland, Sweden, and Norway. ISS Palvelut has already been using Basware Invoice Automation solutions, and the cooperation will now be expanded to cover the procurement process as well. The agreement includes e-procurement, invoice matching, services for managing catalogs and exchanging procurement messages, validation services for incoming invoices, mobile use of the solutions, and supplier and customer activation services. The three-year agreement is of significant value to Basware and includes both licenses and services."By automating the entire purchase-to-pay process, ISS Palvelut will achieve significant cost and process benefits.
