Participation in the Euronext Star Conference 2022

Pesaro, 25 March 2022 – Biesse participated today -in a virtual form- in the conference organized by Borsa Italiana Euronext Star Conference 2022 reserved for companies included in the STAR segment. On this occasion the management of Biesse had the opportunity to share with investors and analysts - Italian and foreign - its strategies and activities. In particular, regarding the ongoing conflict, the Biesse management specified that the Group has a limited exposure to the countries involved in the war (Russia, Ukraine and Belarus) and/or directly affected by the UE sanctions. These three countries together are, representing a very limited percentage of the total Group backlog (only sales). Nevertheless we do not expect at the time being tangible economic-financial impacts, Biesse is constantly monitoring any possible evolution of the events, potentially affecting the business.
