RESIGNATION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OF A DIRECTOR

Rome, 25 March 2022 - Rai Way S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Giuseppe Pasciucco, and the Director, Mr. Stefano Ciccotti, today resigned, for personal reasons and with effect from today, as Company's Director, and for the first one, also as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Pasciucco and Mr. Ciccotti, non-executive and non-independent Directors, were not members of any Board Committee and both - on the basis of what has been declared and/or what is known to the Company - do not hold Company's shares as of today. No severance indemnity for end of office nor other benefit is provided in favor of each of them.

The Board of Directors will meet for the relevant appropriate evaluations.

The Company thanks Mr. Pasciucco and the Mr. Ciccotti for the contribution in conducting and carrying out the Board activities.
