Milan March 28 th, 2022 – Following the press release dated February 26th, 2022, Saras S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that today the Company and the executives involved in the investigations relating to the purchase of Kurdish crude oil received the notice setting the preliminary hearing of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cagliari on June 16th, 2022.

Saras reiterates the full extraneousness of the Company and the executives involved in any unlawful conduct, and full trust in the work of the judicial authority.
