Klaipedos Nafta AB - Notification on material event

The Vilnius Regional Administrative Court terminated the administrative case regarding the complaint of AB Kauno dujotiekio statyba and UAB Siaulių dujotiekio statyba concerning the annulment of the decision of the Public Procurement Office

On 27 May 2013 the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court (hereinafter, the Court) by the adopted decision decided to dismiss the administrative case No. I-2655-365/2013 regarding the complaint of AB “Kauno dujotiekio statyba” and UAB “Siauliu dujotiekio statyba" (hereinafter, the Applicants), whereby the Applicants asked the Court to annul the decision No. 4S-619 of 8 February 2013 of the Public Procurement Office by which AB Klaipėdos nafta (hereinafter, the Company) had been obliged to annul the results and the decisions regarding acknowledgement the proposal as on top of the group of economic subjects comprised of the Applicants of procurement No. 124121. The Company announced about the administrative case on 15 March 2013 by making notification on the material event. The adopted decision of the Court may be appealed within 7 (seven) days from the decision date. Appeals should be provide to the District Lithuania Administrative Court through the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court.
