Basware signs e-invoicing services agreement in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and France

Basware Corporation, Stock Exchange Release, July 2, 2013 at 17:40 Basware signs e-invoicing services agreement in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and France Basware has signed an agreement to deliver e-invoicing services to a waste collection and recycling company via its partner ICreative. The services to be delivered include Basware's Scan & Capture, Supplier Activation services as well as Basware E-Invoice Email Lite. The customer currently uses Basware's Invoice Processing solutions to receive e-invoices. This new agreement now enables the customer to engage their suppliers into the e-invoicing process to remove paper, increase accuracy, speed up payment and turn around time allowing both the customer and suppliers to better manage cash flows. The value of the three-year agreement exceeds EUR 340,000. The services will be deployed in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and France."With these new services, the customer will be able to receive 100% of their 250,000 annual invoice volume as e-invoices. Incoming paper invoices will be scanned and Supplier Activation services will ensure that suppliers can quickly ramp up to send and receive their invoices as e-invoices and transact across the Basware Commerce Network. Basware E-Invoice Email Lite enables the customer's smaller suppliers to send e-invoices and turn an estimated 50,000 annual invoices sent via pdf into e-invoices. Email Lite is free to small suppliers, therefore allowing all suppliers to participate in getting the benefits from e- invoicing. ICreative has been a Basware re-selling partner since 2003, ICreative recently signed a new agreement to provide Basware's e-invoicing services to their customers available across the Basware Commerce Network.
