AEROPORTO GUGLIELMO MARCONI DI BOLOGNA S.p.A.:

Publication of the lists of candidates for the appointment of Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors during the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting convened for 26 April 2022

Bologna, 4 April 2022 – With regards to Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A. ("AdB") Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, convened in a single call for April 26, 2022, at 11.00 a.m., at the Legal Head Office in Via Triumvirato 84, Bologna, in order to deliberate, amongst other things, the appointment of the members of Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors, the company informs that were submitted by the scheduled deadline of April 1, 2022, the following lists of candidates.

A. Lists submitted for the renewal of the Board of Directors

(1) List submitted by the members of the the shareholders' agreement published on August 6, 2021 (Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Bologna, Municipality of Bologna, Metropolitan City of Bologna, Emilia Romagna Region, Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Modena, Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Ferrara, Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Reggio Emilia and Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Parma, which have contributed a total of 48.11% of the share capital of AdB to the aforementioned shareholder agreement:

B. Lists submitted for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors

(1) List submitted by the shareholders of the shareholders' agreement published on August 6 2021, referred to in point A(1) above:

(2) List submitted by the shareholder Atlantia S.p.A. (owner of 29.38% of the capital of AdB):

The lists, together with the documentation required by the regulations in force and by the company bylaws, will be made available to the public, in accordance with the law, on April 5, 2022 at the Company's Legal Head Office, on the website www.bologna-airport.it (section Investor Relations/Shareholders' Meetings) and through the authorised storage system (),

Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna S.p.A. informs also that, in relation to the designations of the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors responsible, respectively, of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and of the Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructures and Mobility, as of today the designations of Rosalba Cotroneo and Francesca Aielli have been received. Rosalba Cotroneo, appointed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors. The appointments of these Ministerial Statutory Auditors will be effective from the date of the Shareholders' Meeting called for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna, classified as a "strategic airport" in the centre-north area of the National Airports Plan prepared by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, recorded in 2021 - a year affected by the global pandemic – 4.1 million passengers, ranking as the eighth biggest Italian airport by number of passengers (Source: Assaeroporti).
