Citycon has cancelled the repurchased part of its 2014 and 2017 maturing bonds

CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Announcement 11 July 2013 at 14.45 hrs On 25 June 2013 Citycon Oyj announced that the company has repurchased a part of its unsecured bond issued in 2009 (ISIN code FI4000007034) with the face value amounted to EUR 16.9 million and a part of its unsecured bond issued in 2012 (ISIN code FI4000042262) with the face value amounted to EUR 11.6 million. The company has at the same time announced that in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds the company will cancel the repurchased part of the bonds. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds Citycon Oyj has cancelled the above mentioned part of the repurchased bonds today. Following the cancellation the principal amount of the 2014 maturing bond amounts to EUR 23.1 million and the principal amount of the 2017 maturing bond amounts to EUR 138.4 million.
