REGISTRATION AND ACCESS TO THE EXTRAORDINARY AND ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETINGS OF UNIDATA S.p.A.

Rome, April 13, 2022 - Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces the procedures for accessing the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, convened in single call for April 28, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., electronically in accordance with and pursuant to Article 106, paragraph 4, of Decree-Law No. 18 of March 17, 2020 (so-called "Cura Italia" Decree).

To be accredited for the Shareholders' Meeting, a "meeting" has been created on Zoom that requires registration at the following link:

The registration process involves the completion of a form, the receipt of an email confirming the registration, and subsequent email containing the link to which to connect to participate in the telematic meeting containing the password (numeric code) to complete the access.
