Dividend Payment 2021

Gross dividend per share of EUR 0.6795. Record date: 20th April 2022.

Milano, 14th march 2022 – Following the resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting of BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank") -referred to the press release issued on 31th March - BFF informs that the final amount of the gross dividend per share corresponds to Euro 0.6795, taking into account the number of BFF outstanding ordinary shares (185,315,280), and the treasury shares (970,366) held by the Bank as of today.

It is recalled that the dividend includes the portion attributable to the treasury shares held by the Bank on the record date. The payment will take place from Thursday 21st April 2022, with exdividend date of coupon no. 5 on Tuesday 19th April 2022, and record date (i.e., date of entitlement to the dividend payment itself) on Wednesday 20th April 2022.

The dividend will be credited to the intermediary used by each shareholder.
