Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" - tip.mi) gruppo industriale indipendente e diversificato quotato al segmento Euronext STAR Milan di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. rende noto che, con riferimento alla prossima assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti di Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. e, in particolare, con riferimento all'ottavo punto all'ordine del giorno "8. Eventuale integrazione del Collegio Sindacale ai sensi dell'art. 2401, comma 1, cod. civ.: nomina di un Sindaco Supplente. Deliberazioni inerenti e conseguenti", è stata presentata n. 1 proposta di candidatura da parte degli azionisti Lippiuno S.r.l., Giovanni Tamburi, Alessandra Gritti e Claudio Berretti per un totale di n. 20.883.624 azioni pari all'11,326% del capitale sociale.

DEPOSIT OF A CANDIDATURE PROPOSAL FOR THE POSSIBLE SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS: ELECTION OF AN ALTERNATE STATUTORY AUDITOR

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" - tip.mi), independent and diversified industrial group listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. announces that with reference to the ordinary shareholders' meeting of Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. and, in particular, with reference to the eighth item on the agenda "8. Possible supplementation of the Board of Statutory Auditors pursuant to article 2401, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code: appointment of an Alternate Auditor. Resolutions thereon", n. 1 candidacy proposal was submitted by the shareholders Lippiuno S.r.l, Giovanni Tamburi, Alessandra Gritti and Claudio Berretti owners a total of 20,883,624 ordinary shares equal to 11.326% of the share capital.
