Biesse announces that the payment of a gross dividend of € 0.624 per share to eligible shareholders will be effected as approved by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.

Detachment date 23 May, record date 24 May, payment value date 25 May. Coupon no. 16.

The proposed dividend will be charged to the profit for the year in the amount of 0.078 euros per share and to the extraordinary reserve in the amount of 0.546 euros per share. The total disbursement will amount to 17,099,218.03 euros. The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting minute will be made available within the terms of law.
