Notification related to the resignation of a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and replacement by an Alternate Auditor

Brembo S.p.A. announces that Mrs. Paola Tagliavini – Statutory Auditor belonging to the Majority List and appointed on April 23rd 2020 – resigned, with immediate effect, from her position of Effective Auditor, due to new professional assignments.

At the moment of her resignation Mrs. Paola Tagliavini did not hold any Company shares.

Brembo would like to thank Mrs. Paola Tagliavini for her commitment and the activity carried out in the exercise of her functions.

From the same date, the Alternate Auditor belonging to the same list, Mrs. Stefania Serina takes over under the terms of the law and of the By-laws; her resume is available at the company's offices and on the Company's website, section "Company", "Corporate Governace", "Governing Boards and Committees".

Mrs. Stefania Serina has the requirements that the law and regulatory provisions in force, the Bylaws and the Corporate Governance Code of Brembo S.p.A. require for the office of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and she will remain in office until the next Shareholders' Meeting. Mrs. Stefania Serina did not hold any Company shares.
