TIM, with reference to the press release issued on 13 May regarding the signing of a commercial agreement between the Group, FiberCop and Open Fiber, informs that the transaction falls within those with related parties of lesser importance and it has been examined, with a favourable opinion, by the Company's Related Parties Committee. Open Fiber is a related party as it is controlled by the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group, a shareholder of TIM.
