ATLANTIA: CHANGE IN THE INFORMATION COINTAINED IN THE 2022 CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS

Rome, 23 May 2022 – As a partial amendment of the information contained in the 2022 calendar of corporate events published on 20 January 2022, pursuant to article 2.6.2 of the Regulation of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., we inform that – in consideration of the total voluntary public tender offer concerning the ordinary shares of Atlantia S.p.A. promoted on April 14, 2022 pursuant to Articles 102 of the CFA - the conference call to present the 1H22 economic and financial results to the market, scheduled on 4th August 2022, will not take place.

4 August 2022 Board of Directors reviews Interim Report for the six months ended 30 June 2022. Publication of H122 results press release.

10 November 2022 Board of Directors reviews Interim Report for the nine months ended 30 September 2022. Publication of 9M22 results press release.

Any amendments to the above calendar will be notified to the market in due time.
