UNIDATA PARTICIPATES IN "EURONEXT GROWHT CONFERENCE 2022"

Rome May 25, 2022 - Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD), operator of Telecommunications, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, will be among the protagonists of the "Euronext Growth Conference 2022," scheduled from May 24 to 26, 2022.

The event, organized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., allows SMEs listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market to take stock of their achievements and future prospects, meeting with Italian and international analysts and investors. Now in its fifth edition, the Euronext Growth Conference will be held in virtual mode, with one-to-one or small group digital meetings with institutional investors.

On May 26, 2022, the President and CEO, Renato Brunetti, the CFO and Investor Relations Officer, Roberto Giacometti, and Paolo Bianchi, Member of the Board of Directors, will be connected via video conference representing the Company.

On this occasion, Unidata will present its results as of December 31, 2021 and future growth targets. In particular, fiscal year 2021 ended with all key economic indicators showing double-digit growth, including the significant increase in net income, +131 percent. Unidata's positive growth trend then continued in the first quarter of 2022, which saw a 49 percent increase in attributable revenues, an increase in the number of customers (+29 percent), and a significant increase in the 390-km proprietary fiber optic network. The Company's excellent performance is also expected in the coming years, for which further growth is expected and the achievement of the goals outlined in the Business Plan for the three-year period 2022-2024, approved on November 29, 2021.
