As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Teleste's shares will increase to 18 816 691 shares. The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on 27 December 2013. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 30 December 2013.
