Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, December 30, 2013 at 15:00 Basware's financial reports and Annual General Meeting in 2014 During 2014, Basware Corporation will publish the following financial reports: - Financial Statements Bulletin for 2013 on Friday, January 24, 2014 - Interim Report January-March 2014 (Q1) on Thursday, April 10, 2014 - Interim Report January-June 2014 (Q2) on Thursday, July 10, 2014 - Interim Report January-September 2014 (Q3) on Friday, October 10, 2014 The Financial Statements Bulletin and the Interim Reports, available in Finnish and English, will be published at approximately 09:00 AM EET on the abovementioned days. Basware's Annual Report 2013, including Financial Statements and the Report by the Board of Directors, will be published in Finnish on the company's investor pages at www.basware.fi/sijoittajat and in English at www.basware.com/investors in January 2014, week 4. Basware Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 10:00 AM EET at Tapahtumatalo Bank in Helsinki (Unioninkatu 22), Finland.
