GPI S.p.A. (GPI:IM), a company listed on the EXM market and leader in Information Systems and Services for the Health and Social Care sector, announces today that the meeting of the bondholders of the bond "GPI S.P.A. – 3% 2017-2022" (ISIN: IT0005312886), convened today in first call at 12 noon at the Company's registered office in Trento, Via Ragazzi del '99 No. 13, did not meet quorum.
Therefore, the meeting is convened, in second call, for 14 June 2022, at the same place and time, according to the procedures specified in the notice of meeting published in full on the Company's website - at https://www.gpi.it/en/investors/events/ - Meetings, 2022 - on 13 May 2022 and by excerpt in the daily newspaper Corriere della Sera on 14 May 2022 and made available on the authorised storage mechanism at .
