INFORMATION ON THE SHARE CAPITAL

Milan, March 23, 2023 - Industrie De Nora S.p.A. (the "Company"), in light of the Shareholders' Meeting convened for April 28, 2023, pursuant to Article 125-quater, paragraph 1, letter c), of Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24, 1998, communicates the following information on the amount of the share capital with an indication of the number and categories of shares into which it is divided.

As of the date of this notice, the Company's share capital (fully subscribed and paid-up) amounts to €18,268,203.90, represented by:

• no. 43,899,499 ordinary shares, with no indication of par value, corresponding to the same number of voting rights,
• no. 157,785,675 shares with multiple voting rights corresponding, pursuant to Article 120, paragraph 1, of the TUF and Article 5.6, letter (i), of the Company By-laws, to no. 473,357,025 voting rights, as each share entitles to no. 3 (three) voting rights in the Company's Shareholders' Meetings.

As of the date of this notice, the Company does not hold any no treasury shares.
