Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie

Torino, 1° luglio 2022 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 30 maggio 2022 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in data 30 maggio 2022, BasicNet S.p.A., nei giorni 27 e 28 giugno 2022, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM)n. 11.000 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 3.477.000 azioni proprie, pari al 6,439% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, July 1st, 2022 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of May 30th, 2022, whose commencement was announced on May 30th, 2022, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period June 27th and 28th, 2022, acquired on the EXM 11,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 3,477,000 treasury shares, equal to 6.439% of the share capital.
