Nurminen Logistics has agreed on working capital financing in Finland

Nurminen Logistics Plc Stock exchange release 3 March 2014 at 4:00 p.m. On 28 February 2014, Nurminen Logistics signed a 12-month financing agreement relating to its continuing business operations with its financing banks. Under the terms of the financing agreement, Nurminen Logistics may not distribute a dividend or repayment of equity to its shareholders, or redeem or purchase its own shares, without prior consent from the financiers.
