STANDARD ETHICS ALZA A "POSITIVO" L'OUTLOOK SU TIP

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" – tip.mi) gruppo industriale indipendente e diversificato quotato al segmento Euronext STAR Milan, socio attivo di numerose eccellenze imprenditoriali italiane ed estere, rende noto che Standard Ethics, agenzia indipendente che analizza le politiche di sostenibilità messe in atto dalle imprese, ha elevato l'outlook da "Stabile" a "Positivo" confermando il rating di Investment Grade a TIP (rating di EE-) affermando: "il processo di implementazione delle indicazioni internazionali sulla Sostenibilità, avviato negli scorsi anni e adattato alle peculiarità del business TIP, ha registrato una evidente accelerazione negli ultimi mesi; in particolare sul piano della governance della Sostenibilità (con interventi sul Codice Etico) e sul piano strategico attraverso il Piano di Sostenibilità. Il Piano definisce con maggiore precisione e determinazione gli obbiettivi, specialmente per quanto riguarda la policy d'investimento, l'engagement e la supervisione delle partecipate sulle tematiche ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance)".

Questa importante conferma con ulteriore innalzamento del rating certifica ancora una volta la bontà del percorso, storicamente consolidato, di TIP in tema di approccio sostenibile al mondo delle imprese.

STANDARD ETHICS UPGRADES TO POSITIVE THE OULOOK ON TIP

Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. ("TIP" - tip.mi) an independent and diversified industrial group listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment, active partner of numerous Italian and foreign entrepreneurial excellences, announces that Standard Ethics, independent agency that analyses the sustainability policies implemented by companies has upgraded the outlook from "Stable" to "Positive" confirming the Investment Grade rating to TIP (rating di EE-) stating: "the process of implementing the international guidelines on Sustainability, which started in previous years and was adapted to the specific characteristics of TIP's business, has clearly accelerated in recent months; particularly in terms of the governance of Sustainability (with changes to the Code of Ethics) and on a strategic level through the Sustainability Plan. The Plan defines the objectives with greater precision and determination, especially with regard to investment policy, engagement and supervision of the investees in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) matters".

This important confirmation with upgrade of the rating certifies another time the good historically consolidated - path followed by TIP in terms of sustainable approach to the business world.
