CERVED RATING AGENCY CONFIRMS GPI'S "A3.1" PUBLIC RATING

Trento, 15 July 2022

GPI S.p.A. (GPI:IM), a company listed on the MTA and a leader in Information Systems and services for Healthcare and Social Services, announces that Cerved Rating Agency – the Italian agency specialised in rating the creditworthiness of non-financial companies and the issue of debt securities – confirmed Gpi's score of "A3.1".

The rating upgrade action stems from the resolution of 22 June regarding the paid capital increase of EUR 140 million, excluding option rights, to support the new 2022 - 2024 strategic business plan, which envisages exceeding EUR 500 million in revenues by 2024 (21-24 CAGR >15%), of which at least EUR 420 million from organic growth and EUR 80 million from inorganic growth, with an EBITDA margin of over 17%.

In view of the results achieved in FY21 and the recent extraordinary transactions to raise new finance to cover major planned investments, the Agency considers confirmation of the assigned rating class to be appropriate at this stage.
