Changes in Corporate Management Committee of Citycon

CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Release 20 March 2014 at 9:00 hrs Citycon Oyj announces following changes in its Corporate Management Committee: Jurn Hoeksema has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Corporate Management Committee. Jurn Hoeksema (b. 1974) is Dutch citizen and has Master of Science in Engineering (Real Estate Development and Management), from the University of Technology Delft. Hoeksema will join Citycon from the position of General Manager of Forum Turkey Fund, the largest retail investment platform in Turkey. Prior to that he served as Associate Director Asset Management at Multi Corporation managing the European investment portfolio. He will start as Chief Operating Officer in June 2014. Harri Holmström, current Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed to a new role of Chief Commercial Officer. Holmström will be responsible for Citycon's leasing and conceptualization. He will also continue as a member of the Corporate Management Committee.
