Helsinki, Finland, 2014-03-27 18:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dovre Group Plc Stock Exchange Release March 27, 2014 at 7 pm Increase in number of shares in Dovre Group Plc A total of 75.000 Dovre Group's new shares were subscribed during the period between 1 January and 31 March 2014 under the company's stock option rights 2010C. Dovre Group´s Board of Directors adapted the subscriptions on March 27, 2014. The increase in the company's number of shares will be entered in the Finnish trade register approximately on March 28, 2014. Trading with the new shares alongside the company's old shares will commence in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Plc approximately on April 1, 2014. The total subscription price, EUR 28.500, will be recorded in the company's reserve for non-restricted equity. After the registration, there are a total of 62.990.751 shares in the company. The subscription period of the 2010C stock option series commenced on March 1, 2014 and ends on February 28, 2017. The subscription price is EUR 0,38 per share.
