Dovre Group´s Stock Option Plan 2010: Change in the subscription price

Helsinki, Finland, 2014-03-27 19:05 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dovre Group Plc Stock Exchange Bulletin March 27, 2014 at 8.05 pm Dovre Group´s Stock Option Plan 2010: Change in the subscription price Dovre Group Plc's Board of Directors has decided to reduce the subscription price of the Company's 2010 stock option plan with the amount of extraordinary dividend to be paid for 2013 i.e. EUR 0,05 per share.
