Deliberata la prima tranche del dividendo 2022: € 0,22 per azione

Roma, 28 luglio 2022 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, presieduto da Lucia Calvosa, nella riunione odierna, ha deliberato di distribuire agli azionisti la prima delle quattro tranche del dividendo 2022, a valere sulle riserve disponibili¹ , di € 0,22 (rispetto a un dividendo complessivo annuale pari a € 0,88) per ciascuna azione in circolazione alla data di stacco cedola del 19 settembre 2022² , con messa in pagamento il 21 settembre 2022³ , in linea con quanto anticipato il 18 marzo scorso in occasione del Capital Markets Day e con quanto deliberato dall'Assemblea dell'11 maggio scorso.

Ai possessori di ADRs registrati entro il 20 settembre 2022, quotati alla Borsa di New York e rappresentativi ciascuno di due azioni Eni, la prima tranche di dividendo distribuita sarà di € 0,44 per ADR, pagabile il 7 ottobre 2022⁴ .

⁴ Alla data di pagamento, Citibank, N.A. provvederà al pagamento ai possessori di ADR del dividendo al netto della ritenuta alla fonte a titolo di imposta, come previsto dalla legislazione italiana applicabile a tutti i Depositary Trust Company Participants.

Approval of 2022 first tranche of dividend: € 0.22 per share

Rome, 28 July 2022 – Eni's Board of Directors, chaired by Lucia Calvosa, today resolved to distribute to Shareholders the first of the four tranches of the dividend 2022 from Eni S.p.A. available reserves¹ for the fiscal year 2022 of € 0.22 (compared to a total annual dividend of € 0,88) per share outstanding at the ex-dividend date as of 19 September 2022 2 , payable on 21 September 2022³ , as announced on 18 March 2022 with the Capital Market Day and resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting of 11 May 2022.

Holders of ADRs, outstanding at the record date of 20 September 2022, will receive € 0.44 per ADR, payable on 7 October 2022⁴ , with each ADR listed on the New York Stock Exchange representing two Eni shares.
