Helsinki, 2014-05-19 14:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CAVERION CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE MAY 19, 2014 AT 15:00 EEST Notification according to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act of change in holdings in Caverion Corporation shares Caverion Corporation (ID 2534127-4) has on May 19, 2014 received a disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holdings of Security Trading Ltd, a company controlled by Antti Herlin, in Caverion Corporation shares have exceeded the threshold of 1/20 (5%). Exceeding this threshold is the result of the purchasing of shares on May 19, 2014. According to the disclosure, the holdings of Antti Herlin and the companies controlled by him are after the transaction as follows: -- Antti Juhani Herlin holds 30,180 shares and voting rights, which is equivalent to 0.02% -- Security Trading Ltd (ID 1948052-6) holds 7,036,400 shares and voting rights, which is equivalent to 5.60% -- Holding Manutas Ltd (ID 0195801-8) holds 3,325,000 shares and voting rights, which is equivalent to 2.65% In total, Antti Herlin and the companies controlled by him hold 10,392,580 Caverion Corporation shares, which is equivalent to 8.27% of Caverion Corporation's shares and voting rights. Holdings prior to the transaction: -- Antti Juhani Herlin held 30,180 shares and voting rights, which was equivalent to 0.02% -- Security Trading Ltd held 6,270,000 shares and voting rights, which was equivalent to 4.99% -- Holding Manutas Ltd held 3,325,000 shares and voting rights, which is equivalent to 2.65% In total, Antti Herlin and the companies controlled by him held 9,625,180 Caverion Corporation shares, which was equivalent to 7.66% of Caverion Corporation's shares and voting rights. Antti Herlin, Holding Manutas Ltd ja Security Trading Ltd have earlier on February 4, 2014 announced that on that date their total holdings in Caverion Corporation shares exceeded the threshold of 1/20 (5%).
