Kemira Oyj issues a EUR 200 million bond

Kemira issues a senior unsecured bond of EUR 200 million. The five-year bond matures on May 27, 2019 and it carries a fixed annual interest of 2.500 percent. The offering was allocated to more than 70 investors. Kemira will apply for the listing of the bond on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki.

The proceeds from the bond offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

Nordea Markets and Pohjola Markets acted as lead managers for the transaction.
