UNIDATA: CHANGES TO FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2022

Rome September 13, 2022 - Unidata S.p.A., operator of Telecommunication, Cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, a change to the financial calendar for fiscal year 2022, announced on January 27, 2022.

The change, approved by the Board of Directors on September 12, 2022, concerns the postponement from Friday, September 30, to Monday, October 3, of the presentation to analysts and investors of the Half-Year Results as of June 30, 2022.

The upcoming appointments in the 2022 financial calendar are therefore modified as follows:

29 September 2022	Board of Directors to approve the report half-year financial report as of June 30, 2022, voluntarily subjected to a limited audit
3 October 2022	Presentation to analysts and investors of the Half-Year Results as of June 30, 2022
27 October 2022	Board of Directors to review and approve KPIs for Q3 2022

Any changes in the above dates will be promptly communicated to the market by the Company.
